[200] man command in opkg?

I looked for a opkg that contained the 'man' command, but couldn't find one. Since I commonly refer to man pages, I build some ipkgs (opkgs?) that provide the man command and it's supporting libraries/binaries (groff, libpipeline, etc).

Is there a central location I can upload these? (they're compiled for the 200 series, but may work on other targets as well).
