[A300] Sub Subtitles

When trying to play Avi or MKV videos with external .sub subtitles From internal 2TB HDD, with MKV subs it gets out of sync.
Sometimes to much forward sometimes to much backward.
sometimes fast sometimes slow.
And i can't find a fix.
offset wont work becuase the subtitle speeds are changed.

Any fix ?
or i just can't use Sub?
