[300] kernel module version mismatch

Hello!

I am trying to compile kernel module for my wifi usb adapter for a300. I have took kernel sources from nmt sourcecode page and compiled module successfully. But insmod fails to load module:

So my questions are:
1. Where can i download 2.6.29.6-33 kernel for a300?
2. With every new firmware update should i recompile kernel module to match new kernel version? Can I disable this version checks for my module?
