"NFOScanner: Failed parsing" in multiple episode files.. what to do?
When running my_yamj, I get this error a lot, but only with tvshow episodes that consist of multiple episodes in 1 file.
Code: NFOScanner: Failed parsing NFO file: \\DISKSTATION\02-tvshows\FRASIER\Season 4\Fwhat to do to avoid this? |

What revision of YAMJ are you using? I did try and fix this error in the r3040ish range so it might be worth updating to r3072+

ok, good one..
the version file says PHP Code: Yet Another Movie Jukeboxis upgrading just a matter of replacing files, or is there more to it? my database is nearly perfect, assume it's no problem? |

RE: "NFOScanner: Failed parsing" in multiple episode files.. what to do?
Well, it depends on how much work you want to do.
If that's your only issue and you only have a couple of NFO files, I would edit them manually and add a "<xml>" at the start and "</xml>" at the end of the file to solve the issue. If you have a couple hundred NFO files, then upgrading is probably better. Backup your jukebox and YAMJ folder. Download the latest revision from http://mediaplayersite.com/yamj_latest delete the properties and lib folder, unpack the zip folder over the top and you should be good to go. |
