How to get time intervals working in slideshows playlists.

I just wrote this to Flash...but i figured i'd share with everyone.

While trying to make audio coverart display durring a playlist i stumbled upon a way to get slideshows to work with the time interval...

The way i got it to work was change it from format from 1,1,sample.jsp to 2,1,sample.jsp.

I'm not sure why that works because according to the html spec...

Code:

Mode: 1 = Photo Album, 2 = Audio On Demand

.... but it makes it work for slideshows so whatever. You can still have the music href to "MUTE".

so a sample href would be this....



the other thing is the jsp slideshow HAS to be in this format...otherwise it defaults to 5 second intervals.

which means that my automatic playlist file generator won't work...i'm gonna have to get it to be able to use that format to make it work.

actually i recently had success with it in the href format

not sure why that works all a sudden, but it does for me....but if you got music loaded it seems to work differently

ya...so i donno what to think anymore, i need to do more experimenting with it
