Firmware update failed
I am trying to update my firmware to:
"[C-200] Firmware 03-04-110530-21-POP-408 (03-04-110520-21-POP-408 Apps) (3.06.2011) " I first got an error message and followed the procedure listed here: http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...#pid489812 Now I'm getting "Failed: Err064:202" What should I do? |

Hello,
Got the same error yesterday, followed by a ERR059. Apparently the ERR064.202 might be related to a problem of port, as it tries to verify your MAC and fails. I am going to try to put the C200 in the DMZ of the NAT as I don't know exactly which port should be opened (I saw a post around that yesterday but cannot find it anymore). Hope this helps. Edit: Did the update and went fine this time, so opening all ports for your C200 would probably work. |

I shut down the firewall for this update and I got the same error :\
