New Firmware Wont Install
Hi Guys,
Was wondering if someone can help me with a problem that i have. I'm trying to install the latest firmware for the C200 but it fials everytime i try to install it. I though that it may be because i have not upgraded for a while so i successfully installed the 02-04-110422-21-POP-408-000 firmware. But this still does not let me install the latest 03-04-120517-21-POP-408-000. I see there is another firmware in between the two of them 03-04-110530-21-POP-408-000 but it says its a online upgrade only. Could this be the reason why it wont install? At the moment i cant connect my C200 to do that update. How can i get this latest update. Any help will be greatly appreciated Thanks In Advance |

The latest firmware requires the stepstone firmware installing first. As you rightly say, the stepstone firmware is online only so you will have to get your PCH online and update before you can upgrade to the latest firmware.
