Copying movie files into A300 using USB3.0 Slave Port

Hello,
I'm a newbie here. I have connected by PC to my new A300 using the USB3.0 Slave port. I'm trying to copy MKV files into the A300. I was trying to use Ext2Fsd. I was able to successfully copy one MKV file but after that copying another MKV file gave me an error "not enough space available" When i checked the volume properties, it was showing only 2GB available when in fact the hard drive is only 10% utilized. Any idea how to fix my problem? Is there a better tool available than Ext2Fsd?

By the way, when copying MKV files or any movie files, should i copy the *.nfo *.srt *.idx files along with the movie file to get include the subtitles included? Won't the directory/folder become messy later on? e.g., presence of movie and non-movie files being displayed together in the file browser?
