[NMJ v2] Will NMJ v2 be released for A-210?

I have an a-300 in my living room which rocks! Love it!
Got NMJ v2 working like a charm and suits my needs.

For my bedroom I would like to get an a-210 as it's a lot cheaper.
And will be used less frequent than the one in my living room.

As far as I know the a-210 still uses NMJ v1?
Will v2 be released for the a-210? If so, is there a date known?

I have my (v2) NMJ jukebox stored on a smb share, which works nice.
Would be nice if my bedroom player can access the same DB without problems.

They have indicated that NMJ v2 will be ported to the 200-series, but there is no date. At least several months away is my guess.

There will be a bug fix release out soon for the C200 and then a port of that to the A210/200. Next firmware thereafter should be new FlashUI/NMJv2 for the 200 series.
No dates are ever given for the release as they change constantly depending on many factors including ones outside of PCH control, Sigma chip code for example.

Considering that it is already over 1 year since last firmware update for A200, I wouldn't expect that port to happen before 2015.

It needs to the new sdk from sigma to run on the 200s, that means all the underlying sigma software controlling the hardware changes. This means all the sigma bugs in the 300s would be in the 200s. It's a no win situation for syabas. They can wait as requested in most rants for sigma to fix up the bugs and you'll be pissed your waiting. They can rush it out unusable and insanely buggy and you'll be pissed it's buggy and you can't use it..

Wow! That's a broad sweeping statement if ever I heard one. I have a C-200, A-210 & A-300. Just about everything works as expected. Sure it has some small annoying bugs but nothing that stops me enjoying any of my media and certainly not 'nothing works'. Get some perspective please!
