Win7 Shares - No Password
I have a Windows 7 PC hosting multiple media shares. The user account has no password. I also have (2) Popcorn Hour A-110s and an eGreat NMT which connect without issue. However, my new A-300 immediately returns "invalid" when I try to login with no password.
I have searched these forums for a couple of hours without success, and I have left 2 VMs for Popcorn Hour tech support. TIA |

The pch a300 and windows 7 dont deal well with users with no passwords its a bug in there system, if you dont want to use password enable guest account as that will make it work.

Why not give the user account a password and yet use autologin if you dont want to have to type the password when you turn it on:-
