How to make USB QAM tuner work with the C-200

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to make a USB QAM tuner, like this for example:

Work with my C-200 which would be really awesome but i can't find anything about it in the forums.

Has anyone done this before? And if so how is it accomplished? If there is a thread in the forums somewhere that talks about doing this by all means please point me to this.

Getting local TV channels through my PCH would be really ideal and would even possibly achieve the ultimate prize....getting my wife to agree that the PCH is the best thing ever.
