C200 audio dropout after updating to the latest firmware
Hi
After updating to the latest firmware (23 May 2012), I have experienced occasional audio dropout when I played BDMV folder or BD iso, which I didn't encounter this before the firmware update. It normally occur during lots of sound contents happen, and when I rewind back to the same point, it was OK. Has anyone experienced something similar? I used an USB HDD to play the contents. If I want to revert back to the previous firmware (i.e., the stepstone firmware), how can it be done? cheers |

RE: C200 audio dropout after updating to the latest firmware
I have had audio drop outs, like you describe, since the beginning (going way back to even 2010 firmware versions). At this point I don't think that they will ever fix it. I thought that it was probably due to the fact that they limit the ethernet to 10/100 (even though the hardware should do 1000). I use a Samba connection to my HD. If you are using a USB HD connected to yours directly that points to some other firmware issue.
