Slooow navigation & watched list probs
Hi,
I'm running v. r2006 on a Etrayz NAS connected to a HDX1000 and I noticed that oversight is running much slower than before. It can take up to 7-8 sec to just go to the next page of 16 movies display!? Can it be attributed to having more movies than before? It's the only real difference I can think of. It wasn't by any means fast before either but now it's become really slow :-(
I should mention that on my PC it's fast though.

The other issue is that I never got the watched/unwatched filter to work. I've obviously watched tons of movies but when I filter by watched movies it shows 0 results!
It's really too bad as it's a really useful feature I'd like to be able to use. Any ideas why that would be?
Thanks!
chumbolito

RE: Slooow navigation & watched list probs
Oversight actually generates timings in the source. If you look at the log file (/tmp/0) it can show where the delays are.
As for watched. You have to manually mark them as watched, it's not automatic. Press "green" when you are on a movie and see if that switches it.

RE: Slooow navigation & watched list probs
Thanks! That worked for the watched/unwatched issue. As for the other, it's gotten a lot better just on itself so I'm ok there too. However, I did take a look at the folder and there was no /0 folder? In the tmp folder I found only one file named daemon.out and that didn't show any relevant info.
But since all is working ok now, I'm not too concerned.
Thx again!
