I actually took it as a serious question with perhaps some translations problems. But yes Syabas continues to support the 200 series.

As an alternative you might try posting a thread in the appropriate forum. I have found that there are quite a few people willing to help if you really have a problem you would like to fix rather than just posting to complain when those complaints would be much more effective if directed to Syabas instead if other users.

For the past year we've had no serious attempt by Syabas to provide us with a final, stable firmware, let alone the promissed new interface. In fact there has been no final release of a C200 firmware for well over 11 months now. So in that aspect the C200 is abandoned, albeit still being sold, which I personally find to be absurd for a forgotten product.

I would advice everyone who comes back time after time to see if a new firmware has been released, to move along to greener pastures and not to look back. It really is a shame that a company such as Syabas abuses and hides behind all the nice and helpful forum people here, but does nothing to aid them, nor the users of their market-rushed devices.

they put out there course of action public for everyone to see. They did not hide the fact it would come out 3rd in line between all the devices.

Continued development for the A-400 to address existing issues and
problems found post launch

Update the 300 series to use the latest NMJ database and add supportfor the NMJ Navigator App Already completed
(and address additional bug fixes)

Update 200 series to use the latest NMJ database (and address

True, but they did also promise NMJv2 before they even released the 300 series so I wouldn't trust a thing they say until they actually deliver it. It minimises the scope for being severely disappointed.

You make that sound like "3rd in line" is an adequate excuse. They should support all of their products with update firmware especially ones they are still selling. If they do not have adequate staff, get it. Meanwhile we will continue to recommend alternative products and put PCH uh, say, 3rd in line.

Fine by me. People complain they dont get answers, people complain they answer they get is never good enough just putting the information out there in case it was missed.

To say this product is abandoned is false. What you mean is that in your opinion Syabas does not properly support their products. Which is fine. Everybody is entitled to an opinion, but you should express it as an opinion so that others won't interpret it as fact.

But at that time, A-500 is coming and ...
