[C300] How to install Transmission client

How do I install the Transmission torrent client on my C300?
I tried with the NMT community software installer which has no hardware type C300. So I used C200 and used my IP number, name and password (for the ftp transfer). And get a connection error. Manually from a command prompt on my Windows 7 I can loggin to the ftp server.

Is it even possible to install the "Transmission 2.50-dath1" on a C300?

Anybody?
