Films 'skipping'

Hi,

I have an HDX-1000 running YAMJ. All works normally fine, however certain films seem to skip. There is no sound and they keep jolting or skipping every split second. Fast forwarding just skips through whole film to the end. I have tried everything.

The network is fine, the TV is fine (brand new, this also happened with old TV). I have tried with USB plugged direct in and still no joy.

It is only some films, and can be mkv or avi.

The films run fine on my PC using VLC.

Anyone have any ideas?
