[Bug] A300 - Won't resume from paused video

I've experienced this more and more.
If I'm watching a video and pause it for a short period of time, I can't restart the video, just a blank screen. Not even screen saver is shown after pressing a button.
If I restart playback after a very short time (say under 2 mins) it's fine.
I initially assumed this was a HDD spindown but it doesn't seem to affect any other functionality (usenet can be running concurrently in the background OK or not - has no affect), or occur at any time other than when paused.

NB: If I power down the device on this problem, it never restarts first time but handg on the 'Popcorn Hour.... Loading....' screen. An additional restart then gets it back up and running.

Same with me. I suspect the problem occurs when the screen saver starts and a video is paused. I therefore deactivated the screen saver and so far so good.
