For me the this firmware has broken the NMJv2 scanning. It no longer downloads artwork by default. I've posted this in the bugs section:

Started getting video drop outs for about .2 seconds every 15 minutes or so. Video goes blank, audio keeps going, then video comes back. Using HDMI, and DVD/BD ISOs. Have not tested if it happens on MKVs. I've noticed restarting the device fixes it, but as soon as I put it into standby the next time I use it i'll have the problem again.

Anyone else? I'm fairly positive that someone else posted something about this with the new C300 firmware. Seems like it's happening on new A300 firmware too.

Wondering if the server is down as Syabas or if the firmware has something in it?

Guys ask you something too. I want to do and the firmware and upgrade NMt apps, delete the contents from the internal hard that I have or not? Not become a simple upgrade without deleting anything? And movies that I have inside, all go?

Don't be too hasty with bug reports, any fix will come in only 3 to 4 monthes from now.

By the way, the A300 still can't read WMA files.

Cant read as in how? it does not see WMA files? Or it sees but wont play

Thanks guys for fw update and including option of downloading Croatian subtitles.

But unfortunatley *** it does NOT download CROATIAN subtitles at all*** but some other language (seems to be Romanian instead...)

Tried it on 9 movies so far :/ (A300, with latest nmt and fw)

Codepage for Croatian subtitles should be: opensubtitles org/hr (language Hrvatski, *.HRV)

It sees wma files, but no sound is produced when you press play.

It sees wma files, but no sound is produced when you press play.

Start a new thread post a mediainfo output of a file and maybe a sample for others to test. WMA/WMV is a tricky format as only so much of the codec was licensed out to 3rd party.

I just tried to do the update, but after a reboot during the update process it only shows the Network Media Jukebox logo for over 10 minutes now, nothing else happens.
I know it is on because I can putty to the PCH from my laptop and browse through files and folders, it just does not boot the user interface.

Any ideas? (Do I need a factory reset? But how to do this without the PCH user interface?)

couple things to try first. if you have an internal drive pull it out see if it boots. if not you might have to do a recovery firmware maybe it did not flash all the way. another thing to try is reboot with HD and network cable unplugged.

ERR075 failed to write to flash

Try disconnecting any HDD or USB device if you use any CSI or userapps. Then do a factory reset. then reboot. Then try a firmware update via USB. If you still get the same error then its RMA time as the player cannot write the firmware to NAND RAM.

same problem for me. my a-300 ask for the update then gave me err075 at about 10% of programming
now i've put the recovery firmware . many attempts of upgrade also with older firmware in usb mode and online mode but same results.

we need help from support to have our pch working fine!!!
