Really? I've got mine hooked up by coax to my Marantz and it works (there is sound and info shows True HD).

I dont think that the Bug has been fixed yet at the Sigjma level, it wasn't in the release notes.

For TrueHD or DTS-HD, as minazza states, you require HDMI for the bandwidth.

so you don't listen to truehd but only to the core track AC3 5.1 same thing for the dts-hdma if you are using coax or optical you only listen to the core dts 5.1

I have a SSD with the NMT Apps on. Labelled as SATA_DISC. Before the update I used to have to go through Local > SATA_DISC > Folders. After the firmware update it now goes Local > Folders cutting out the screen where SATA_DISC selection was required. I suppose if you have more than one attached local storage then you will get the old screen to choose from of course.

I have USB stick (8 GB) for NMT Apps and internal HDD, so I have to choose between them at thE Local.

After the update I can no longer see subtitles, anyone else have that problem?

Can anybody confirm the java full navigation BD iso is broken with the latest firmware. Or is it just me? I can never load a movie. The loading circle is forever spinning.

Update works fine for me. Bluray ISO with java works fine (a lot better then before). Changing Audio track still make the movie freeze (not the play, just the movie), stop playback and go back to player menu (not the movie menu) still works.

True HD also works or maybe not. When playing True-HD track my Pioneer receiver displays PCM sound, it works fine with DTS-MA tracks. So not sure why, need more testing.

Subtitles (SRT and PGS) works fine and is in sync. Havent done a complete and intense testing, but its much better when previous firmware.

a problem not yet resolved with this update:
when playing a blu ray rip or iso as a folder
starts playing nickel to the menu, then when I start the movie
I have no sound!!
I am forced to stop playing completely and then take it again if it still does not have sound on the film I must return to the menu and start a chapter for sound to work or at worst the restart
somebody has the same problem?

You could try playing another file (non BD) first.

If, after first boot, I try to play a BD with full navigation the unit freezes. But I have a C300.

For some reason they enabled internal decoding for HD audio with this fw.
The NMT does that if there is no support for HD formats but there is support for multichannel PCM at the connected AVR.

Could be a "bug" though, they have to pay license fee to do so.

Same problem here. Where are my subtitles??? When playing an MKV no subs. Power out/on helps. Bug??

Yep, same problem here. Factory reset done; mkv rips from dvd (with makemkv) subtitles do not show.
