US office is currently relocating to a new facility
Dear customers,

Our US office is currently relocating to a new facility. The internet and phones will be offline and updates to your RMAs and support cases will be delayed. We expect to be up and running at our new location on July 30th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that if you are sending in an RMA for refund or repair, make sure to address it to our new office at:

Popcorn Hour RMA Center 44805 Industrial Drive Fremont, CA 94538 United States of America (510) 979-0488

RE: US office is currently relocating to a new facility
Nice Location, just across the bay from Palo Alto.
What is the relationship with AMTF Corporation, are they the ones that will handle PCH distribution and RMA in the Americas?
They do that for a lot of brands...

PCH-A100/A210/C200/A400 500GB EXT3 HDD<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Onkyo TX-NR1010<-->HDMIv1.3<-->Panasonic TX-P46S10
13 NTFS USB drives on 3 hubs attached to the A300, 3 Seagate blackarmour NAS 3TB

The inability to setup and configure the NMT should not be disguised as a defect of the box

RE: US office is currently relocating to a new facility
Have they outsourced RMA/Support to cut costs? One of the big plus points is the customer service support with PCH, there is a no quibble returns policy and a turnaround time that does not cause forum members to have complaints. Let's hope that if they have outsourced that the service remains as good and that owners are not paying for the company cost cutting in terms of poor service. We'll have to keep monitoring this on the forum.

Well Werner what can I say...

44805 Industrial Drive Fremont, CA 94538...... just googled it and found several brands on the same address and one company.

and nobody said outsource... Chris just asked...
I just asked what the relationship was... from your answer we can assume that they are just neighbors in the same building... fine... thanks... bye... enjoy Ibiza...

RE: US office is currently relocating to a new facility
It doesn't say that it has been outsourced.

Willem asked a question re AMTF Corporation and whether they, rather than Syabas, are handling the RMA process. If they are then that's outsourcing your RMA work, they are based at the address given.

It's a valid question, and that's exactly what it was (hence the question marks).

RE: US office is currently relocating to a new facility
I found recenty that as a distributor we have to do our own RMAs (i.e., I replace your board and then send it to Asia to get me one back). Hopefully I can get some extra spare parts/boards soon if I'm doing tech support/RMAs.
