3D Films category

[MoDTXL]

Hey Guys, is it possible that my 3D movies are not shown in the normal Film category? only in the of me created 3D Films category in the main menu? I couldn't find a solution the 3D Film category works very well, but i don't want to see these movies in the movie section

so if you could help me i'll be very great

1 - first of all to be recognize your 3D movies should be named XX.3DSBS.(mkv, avi, ...) or xx.3DTAB.(mkv,avi,...)
2 - to separate in a special category your 3D movies you need to set the 3D category to true in the categories.xml file

3 - to allow the 3D category to detected check if your settings in moviejukebox.properties (or the default one) have 3D selected

filename.scanner.source.keywords.3D=3DSBS,3DTAB
4 - delete 1rst all the xml file with the 3D , rerun Yamj with mjb.forceIndexOverwrite=true
5 - edit evzapv1.2.1 home.control
and add at the place you want

thanks, but i already did this and it works, but i want hat the 3d movies are not listed in the Other_Movies_1.xml, that they are not shown in the Section Movie, only in the 3D Section. Is this possible?

i don't think so, you couldn't exclude from movie category

thats bad, but any idea how the tv shows are excluded of the movie category?

it's by construction in yamj , so either it's a tv show either a movie

You will need to submit an enhancement request toyamj to add this option

You could also just create another jukebox Not the best solution but at least it would seperate them out like you want to.
