Where is the mass .watched-file generator tool?

Hello guys,

I need a tool that generates a .watched-file for every movie in my jukebox. I found it in this forum a long time ago, but can't remember where. I think Omertron posted it in some thread.. Can someone point me in the right direction? I tried searching, but without any luck. :-)

Is the tool supposed to create the files in the same folder as the media-files?

If so, is there a way to have it store them in a watched-folder?
