C200 connection issue internal HDD

I have an internal HDD in my C200. All standard NMT apps are started (according to maintenance/set-up). When starting PCH I get the feedback in the screen that apps are loaded/started and internal HDD share is available.

Next in the start-up menu, I can select the internal HDD symbol. Now a GUI is started with selection options for movies, videos, maintenance etc. When clicking the movies or video option, I get an error message that my request can't be handled and I have to press return.

Do I have to make additional setting to make the GUI working? This GUI only starts up when selecting the internal hard disk in the start-up menu. When I select the network option in the start-up menu, I can select my NAS and have a standard overview of available folders and files. I also can run them.

Now I am not able to run any movie from my internal HDD. I think it is probably an easy fix, but I can't find it. Can somebody help me please?

No reaction yet. No one ever uses the internal HDD for storing content? I can't believe it. How do you get access to the content of the internal HDD and what did you do to set this up. As explained above when selecting the internal HDD as a source, I get a different GUI (not the standard lines that represent the files and folders). When selecting an option in the GUI, I get the error message. What do you do to get to the content of the internal HDD?

I don't get that GUI you're talking about. Is there a file called index.htm in the root of your hard drive? Are you using any CSI apps? Theme?

I have not ever used that GUI, but it is for the folders for photos, music and videos. I remember the movies screen had a photo of a movie theater with red seats.

As I have not ever configured that I can't help with it, but hope this helps BanditRider.

Do you have a custom menu installed ,the only menu i can recall is of a custom menu Xbmc alike with red seats ! Hmmm

A custom menu could be the case. Started CSI again (after 2 years...) and deactivated some stuff. Now the menu is gone and I get the standard display. However apparently the custom menu never worked...

most of the custom menus aren't just install and use, you have to configure them for what you want each link to end up with. sounds like it was never configured.
