Proud Newbie Owner of A-110 - Question about HDD

Hey

I recently bought a Popcorn Hour A-110 NMT and its being shipped to me as we speak. I also have a Samsung HD204UI 2TB HD that's never been in use before that I wanted to drop in there.

I was just wondering if there was anything I needed to do prior to installing it and if its compatible.

I have a question arround this topic though, i bought a 3TB drive of WD for something else but i didn't need it right away so i was like you know what i can maybe try it in the popcorn, .. now the drive works but over nfs i can only detect 1TB how can i check how big the drive is cause it seems i can't tell from the interface.

nvm i just figured out what the problem is pch only supports 512 bytes of sector size ?

So 2Tb seems to be the largest drive you can fit in a PCH-A110?

This one is not on the compatibility/incompatibility list at all, but seems an ideal pairing: "Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB 5900rpm (ST2000DL003)" most comments on this drive in other applications are "very cool and quiet"... so I might have to give it a try
