RE: finally ready to buy a NAS
ok c200 is not going to be able to go the api route. Since it's still gaya, the api shares do not write to the gaya shares spot.

Have you don't a recovery yet? it sounds stupid but it might fix up a corrupted firmware driver or somethign. this really shouldn't be this hard and falls under the "I'm the only one with this problem" senario. That makes me think there is something we can't tweak in settings like a bad driver.

I can't believe it took me this long to figure out 2 basic things.
First, I was updated on the PCH firmware, but only had the lastest version upgradable from the PCH itself. (Version: 03-04-120517-21-POP-408-000.)

Last night, I downloaded firmware 03-04-120607-21-POP-408-000 to my flash drive along with the newest NMT Apps.
After running the firmware, updating the NMT Apps, and restoring to factory settings, I was finally able to access without credentials.

I can see my folders and iso files now. I'm sure it was the "factory settings" that fixed the issue. I should've thought about this from the beginning, but overlooked it.

I'm up and running now, yet the specific issue on the Synology side has not been corrected. I'm not worried about that though as I can access my files now from the PCH. Smile

Once I have all of my .iso files in my NAS, I'll begin the NMJ portion.
I'm still unsure what best route to go on that as of yet.

All my iso's are named after each movie, and is under its corresponding folder. Inside each folder, I have a jpeg file to represent the front cover artwork, and an nfo file to pick up information from IMDB.

My last NMT was the HDX1000. I just got back in the game a few days ago so if lots of changes have been made since then, I'll have to research.

Thank you for all your help!! Smile
