Another way of adding torrents toC300
Everybody probably knows this...,but I dont remember seeing it in the manual?
Download the torrent files on computer, save them on a USB thumb drive. Plug it into the C300, navigate to it and then highlight each one and press enter on the remote. You will get a small text message about "adding..." The video file will download into the download folder of your set media drive. |

RE: Another way of adding torrents toC300
I don't use torrents but have you looked for chrome or firefox extensions to just send them directly over the network?
Are you sure there isn't a specific folder you culd just save them on the pch instead of your long process to transfer them between machiens? |

RE: Another way of adding torrents toC300
I didn't realise that you could add torrent to the NMT Apps Transmission client by adding the .tnt file to a USB stick so thanks for passing it on i'll try it on my A300.
You can use your PC to directly add torrents if you have a home network setup. The URL in the manual is wrong and you need this one:- http://NMTIP:8066/transmission/web Then you'll see transmission and the ability to add the trt files to your NMT client. You can also use some user RSS torrent apps like torrentwatch or similar to lookout for new releases and automatically add them to your NMT download lists. Wonder if you can add a .nzb file in the same way via USB. A400: SSD+SD Card(Apps), HDMI A300: USB(Apps), HDMI C200: USB(Apps), BD SH-B083L(SB01), HDMI CAT6 Wired Network: TV TX-P42G20, HP ProCurve 1400-8G, Netgear GS-608/605, Synology CS407 |
