I continue to have issues with the unit stopping in the middle of an DVD iso, or just rebooting during a movie, etc. I got a replacement MB which I thought fixed stuff, but, here we go again. I have yet to be able to use this product since it keeps not playing movies correctly. All this stuff worked find on my C-200. :o(

Will see what this new f/w does.

I don't think anyone else is still posting the unit is completely unusable. You should open a thread and post a lot of information with exact info on what works and doesn't to see if someone can help you out.

Completely unusable. I did not say this. Reliable, been my issue.
I will try again with this latest fw, and if issues, will try to get another MB.

So your just going to keep posting things don't work. refuse any help to try to figure out what is wrong (and report and bugs that might be found to syabas). Please don't waste our time here.

This evening I lost all settings (except location), including shares, for the second time.
I suffer from most bugs that are reported in this forum.
Anyway, I can not say it is completely useless, but let's say "not family ready"
Until now, it is a nice testing toy.

But fortunately soon I can buy yet another toy: the A400.

But I think I wait for the 500 series.

Interesting.. Do you happen to know if you got your unit in the same batch as the couple other users with the lost settings thread? Did it crash or something and you rebooted with no settings? There's enough people that something is up with some units but not enough to really call it a widespread firmware bug.

I've never purchased a unit immediately on release so I completely understand waiting. Waiting to see if there is any benefit from it. especially with werner posting something big is coming to the a400 a few months after release. I know anytime something big comes the units go to shit for awhile.

There is another problem with the TFT screen. If you play an album (music), you can't get out and keep on navigating in your PCH. The display on the TV works fine, but TFT gets just locked. I found no way to release, only a reboot.
This makes the PCH impossible to manage without a TV on. The refreshing of this TFT display has always been strange and very slow anyway.
