Jumpy, juddery menu and playback

Hi guys,

Have seen this posted before, but when my NMT is set to 1080p, either 24p or 60hz, I'm getting a jumpy, juddery, skippy (or whatever it is) thing happenning on screen, Mainly in menus but sometimes during playback?

Am streaming my C-200 with YAMJ html etc.

Any idea? Have update firmware of NMT but there's no update for my Panasonic 42 plasma.

If you have stable picture at 720p and unstable at 1080p then it's probably a bad HDMI cable. A new one should fix it.

However there have been some C200's that have this behaviour no matter what HDMI cable is used. A repair (replacing the main board in the C200) would probably help in that case.

(If your plasma is a HD Ready model, rather than a Full HD model, then you could use it set to 720p without loosing image quality.)

Thanks for this, appreciated. Will try a new HDMI first and foremost, then look at replacing the board - though I bet that'll cost a few ££'s?

Plasma is full HD and supports 1080p and 24p.

I have a Panasonic plasma 42" TV without problems. The model number is in my signature. I use 1080p/24 and autoframerate : 24p/PAL/NTSC.
