The info and organization thereof seems sparse compared to My Lil Movie Jukebox - I see the ideal as being the automatic operation of YAMJ combined with the detail and, dare I say, flash of MLMJ Yes, YAMJ is neat indeed, the problem I sometimes have is that it chooses the wrong movie. Much more hassle free than MLMJ. Cheers, trex |

Maybe the 'fuzzy logic' is a bit too fuzzy. I noticed the sam thing - I have all the Dirty Harry movies, all in mkv with the file names all identical except for the part that is the actual movie titel. YAMJ found all of them except #3, which it put in as Harry Potter 1. LOL I suppose if I renamed them all to shorter names with just the title it would be more accurate. Now to work on making the individual pages more detailed.

RE: more with The Movie Collector
Could somebody who understands the YAMJ workflow explain why it is that MediaInfo is not capable of detecting the correct information regarding the file's resolution and framerate? When I open individual files using MediaInfo GUI all the necessary info is there and is correctly detected.
Where in the YAMJ implementation do things go wrong? Media tank:A-100 & C-200 TV:Panasonic TH-50PY800MT (HDMI) Audio:Logitech Z-5500 (Coaxial) |

I cannot really confirm that, never really checked about resolution, but the framerate always seemed right. But then, Movie Collector does not support Media Information anyway. Best, trex |
