Cannot play 720p@L5.1

Hi,
I cannot play this file on PCH-110. I am running latest firmware, in fact my PCH become unresponsive after buffering screen, I need to restart it manually. It is downloaded into my inter HDD. The file details are following:

Well - its out of spec being profile L5.1 with 8 ref.frames and propably to high/many framesize/macroblocks
Even if its only 1280x688 it still needs to comply to profile L4.1 to be fully compliant - there are also limitations for 720p videos in order to be compliant to L4.1

You can try a remux with the newest mkv merge to check if the muxing is bad, and/or with tsmuxer to a .ts file
But if neither helps, then its just a poor oos encode that needs reencdoing.

It doesnt qualify as a bug.
