Suffering from DHL Shipping

I live in Saudi Arabia. I ordered 2 units of PH110 on September 3rd. Those were in the 27th patch, which was shipped on 29 September.
Today is October 07, 2008, and guess what? I did not yet receive the units!!!. I don't like DHL as I have bad experiences with them. Unfortunately, POPCORN Hour did not give us the choice to select another shipping method/carrier. Here is the status up to now:



Package left China on 29/9 and "visited" 3 more countries to reach to Saudi Arabia on the 2 Oct., and still not yet "cleared". Several times a day, I'm calling those DHL guys with no proper help. I even drove to their main office (50minutes drive), but, they just told me that they will call me of any update, they even told me that, they are not delivering to homes, I have to drive again to them when package's ready!!!!
I strongly recommend, that Popcorn should not use DHL to deliver to Saudi Arabia.

Wanna hear a better story.
I live in Albania.
It took two days to reach the customs here from China with UPS.
It took me three days to try to get the package.
At last, at the fourth day, had to go myself half hour ride with the car to the airport customs, spend almost 3 hours (had to take a day off from my job) from one office to the other, and at the end had to pay 94 USD for customs. All because of UPS here is Albania.
So there you go...

P.S. just the other day fedex delivered a package to my door customs paid (three days total).
